Once we decided to go with a new XC 90 (which my wife and I absolutely love now after owning it for a month) they were so helpful in the financing options. They also took care of the vehicle and threw in a ceramic coating to help keep our vehicle looking new. I was not considering Volvo for a new car and stopped by the dealership out of curiosity. Matt is the reason I went to Neillo My recent experience with buying a car at Neillo Volvo was great too. Brian in sales was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and very helpful in getting my questions answered. Taylor was friendly and worked well to answer any of my queries. Brian in finance was so kindly and experienced as a long time employee. Everyone was very polite and helpful, including Carl who followed up with a personal assistant visit on introducing me to the new Volvo bells and whistles.
