Everyone involved, the scheduler, the valet, and the Service Workers were so timely, courteous, and professional. My Kia has been in twice~ once for a new starter, and then recently for new brake pads, Service Workers were so timely, courteous, and professional. My Kia has been in twice~ once for a new starter, and then recently for new brake pads, and alignment of my tires. Tyler kept me informed when my car was brought in and then again once it had been inspected. He answered all my questions about prices and when it was ready to be picked up ~ which was amazingly fast. I live in Philadelphia but came to this location on purpose after having been so well treated for the emergency starter issue.. I did not have to sit in the waiting room, but did walk into it for a cup of hot tea and some delicious snacks. It was clean, there were several choices of phone chargers made available, comfortable seating for customers, a television and clean bathrooms. I highly recommend this dealership for great service. And I’ll think about going back if I ever need to shop for another Kia. More
