Exceptional Service While traveling from CT to Cape Cod an oil line in my Highlander burst and I had to be towed to Falmouth Toyota. I called first to see if they could t While traveling from CT to Cape Cod an oil line in my Highlander burst and I had to be towed to Falmouth Toyota. I called first to see if they could take my vehicle in and the service manager was so kind and courteous . He told me not to worry and they would work on my car as soon as they could. Within 24 hours, they had ordered the parts, replaced the oil line and washed my Highlander 4 times to get the oil off. They continuously called me to keep me updated and I felt like I was treated like one of their own . Everyone was so professional and at no time did I feel uncomfortable. For the first time I felt like I was actually charged a fair amount as well. I would gladly drive to Falmouth Toyota for my regular services. More

I went home and called the service department at Falmouth Toyota for a phone consultation. The person I spoke to was so fair and reasonable that I trusted him immediately. I took my car there and was extremely pleased by the kindness and professionalism that the service dept. demonstrated. My car is is good shape now, they checked everything including the oil,. I highly recommend them. PS It cost less than half the estimate from the other place I went to! More
