Robin helped us out with a loaner when I found that the maintenance would take 4 hrs. Instead of the 1 1/2 hrs I thought. My wife is a stroke victim and we would not be able to wait that long. Our car was ready later that afternoon and when I returned the loaner, our car had been washed and vacuumed. This isn’t the first time we have dealt with Robin and the others in the service dept. they are all excellent employees and a great asset to your company. I have been dealing with the Athens Volvo dealership for five years now and for the first time and these five years, I was very disappointed with my recent visit to the service department there. Because I realize that one person‘s experience is not necessarily indicative of everyone’s experience. I’m always hesitant to leave a negative review for anyone so I will limit my comments just to say that and an effort to prevent doing that, I attempted to call and talk and speak with the general manager and express my concerns and unhappiness, and the reasons for my unhappiness. It was not a productive conversation, and left such a bad taste in my mouth. I’m sorry to say I will not be returning to the Athens Volvo dealership. More
