Hands down Manly has the best service. I’ve purchased 3 cars through Manly and have always had an excellent experience with servicing them. Before purchasing my last car through Manly I went to another com cars through Manly and have always had an excellent experience with servicing them. Before purchasing my last car through Manly I went to another competitor in Petaluma and the sales manager was rude. We over heard him talking bad about us while we were negotiating price on a brand new vehicle. It was also nice that Manly is doing the free car loaner so could get to work on time. It’s also I nice way to test drive my next car upgrade. More

Ted was absolutely amazing, he was patient, personable and explained every item on the quote in a way that was informative without feeling patronizing. The price was higher than I anticipated for maintena and explained every item on the quote in a way that was informative without feeling patronizing. The price was higher than I anticipated for maintenance, but Ted at least made me feel that the cost was well worth it. The two things that could have been improved were: 1. The lady who helped me try to get a loaner said she couldn't do anything for me cause of the insurance coverage I had on the vehicle I brought in (I had higher insurance coverage on my other vehicles, but that didn't matter). She told me that the cost was a few bucks extra a month in a way that made me feel like she was saying I was stupid for not doing that. I don't think that was her intent, but might be worth considering for future customers. 2. The complimentary car wash is a nice touch (low cost for the perceived value of treatment), but there was a large pool of brownish water on my passenger side floor mat, a dusty dash and a large grease mark on my windshield (on the inside) that was distracting enough when I was driving that I ended up going and getting my car washed the next day. More

I felt that I was being taken on my service visit. The diagnosis was that both my AC condenser and AC compressor had both developed refrigerant leaks. I asked how that could have happened simultaneously diagnosis was that both my AC condenser and AC compressor had both developed refrigerant leaks. I asked how that could have happened simultaneously (as my AC system went out suddenly about a week before the service visit), and I didn't get a satisfactory answer. While the AC condenser was covered by an extended warranty, the AC compressor cost me nearly $2,000 to replace. It just seems highly unlikely that both the condenser and compressor would develop leaks simultaneously. More
