I came in for regular maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Ted met me at my car immediately upon arriving. Rather disappointed in them. Had the recall two months ago, went down to the dealership and they said it looked like it was already done. But he (Ted K) would call me for sure which never happened. So this was a recall on the airbags from the first recall. NOT HAPPY in the LEAST. More

I brought my CR-V in for warranty work. A speedy drop off with a loaner car. Work completed as promised.
