Amazing Customer Service Justin was extremely helpful and nice when I first came in and recomended me to Ted in service. Ted was SO nice and was great at explaining everything to me. As a girl who doesn't know much about cars Ted was very patient and great at breaking everything down in terms for me to understand. They were able to lend me a car while mine was being worked on and had everything ready by the next day. I will definitely be asking for Justin or Ted anytime I go back! More

Made an appointment online for a convenient time, said I'd wait for it, and they were done within an hour. Nice, polite staff, clean and well-appointed waiting area. Not a bad experience!! More

Warrranty Work I was disappointed with getting a check engine light only after owning my 2017 CR-V Touring for 3 weeks but Manly's service department took care of me I was disappointed with getting a check engine light only after owning my 2017 CR-V Touring for 3 weeks but Manly's service department took care of me very well. I started my initial service with Bill Petty who got me scheduled for service check next day and assured me that at the moment I was at no risk of vehicle damage. The service technician had the vehicle from 7:30am - 3:30pm and determined from a smoke test that the Fuel Door Inhibitor was leaking. Bill was able to schedule me for return service repair 6 days later. He introduced me to Ted Krupinsky who would be acting in his behalf that day. I initial service contract did include tire pressure check which I had overlooked and later learned that approximately equal pressure had been place in each tire. I corrected the pressure settings to OEM specifications before returning for scheduled servicing with Ted. I told Ted to bypass this portion of the standard service check and he immediately documented this request on the service contract. I would expect that statistically most customers don't monitor their tire pressure very closely so having equal pressure in all tires is probably better than the way the technician found it but I want to optimize even tire wear. Both Ted and Bill are excellent service representatives and I am strongly considering using Manly as my future service department for when my standard maintenance work begins to come due. It's been 6 days since the service repair and the check engine light has remained off. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and I'm on the fence about having a capless fuel tank design because this type of repair is far more complicated than replacing a gas cap. I would have never expected a problem such as this so early on and creates concern that this could be a future problem with this vehicle. More

I appreciated being greeted at my car as I drove up to the service bay and then being escorted to the fron This is a very well run service department. I appreciated being greeted at my car as I drove up to the service bay and then being escorted to the front desk to check in. The check in and waiting area is clean, comfortable and well equipped. I was assigned a service rep, Ted, who clearly explained the process and repair time and gave me his direct line to call if I had any questions. At one point in the day, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and Ted called me back quickly and gave me an accurate pick up time. It was clear that all of the customers are treated to this level of service. Thank you Manly Honda Service Dept and thank you Ted. More

Excellent Service by Ted Krupinsky and Service Dept. I had an accident while I was visiting the area and had my car towed here. I initially had my car at another repair shop and they had told me I would I had an accident while I was visiting the area and had my car towed here. I initially had my car at another repair shop and they had told me I would have to wait over the weekend and that the repair costs would be quite high. I relayed this to Ted and he immediately eased my worries by explaining the repair process; he really seemed to know the car and gave me the impression the situation was not as dire as I had anticipated. Ted then let me know that he would do his best to have the car looked at and fixed ASAP. Not only did he call me back when he said he would, he called back with good news! The car could be fixed that day and the cost was very reasonable! I was doubly impressed by the mechanic for staying a bit later to make sure it was completed by the end of the day. Overall, I felt like I was being treated like a real person. I am very impressed by the entire staff of Manly, Thank you all for working so hard and still being kind while doing so. When it is finally time for my little Honda to be traded in, my husband and I hope to make the trip back to Manly. I will also send my friends and family your way as often as possible! Thank you! He is a very knowledgable, attentive, genuine, professional, courteous, an excellent communicator and honest man. * The fresh baked cookies that sweet Mandy (not sure of the name but I recall she had short blonde hair, wore eyeglasses, and had a shoulder tattoo) puts out twice per day in the lobby for the dealership customers are heavenly. * Receptionist/front desk admins were friendly and attentive. * Car rental representative was friendly and attentive. * Hugo Mendez also helped me. He was friendly and courteous. * Brian Bassa worked on my car. My mind is at peace knowing a Master Mechanic / Shop Lead worked on my car.
