Great can do attitude Jose was awesome. The dealership is awesome. The day did not start well. I asked the initial advisor to call me prior to the service as I was dr Jose was awesome. The dealership is awesome. The day did not start well. I asked the initial advisor to call me prior to the service as I was driving ~50 miles for the service and I wanted to make sure all the parts are in stock, plus I wanted to make sure it is wise to drive up to Manly (past 2 other Honda dealerships). The advisor never called, and brushed off the non-calling as standard practice. The part was not in stock. Needless to say I was not happy. Jose to the rescue. After taking over from another advisor he quickly assessed the problem and resolved the issue. Very good communication. Very good listener. Practical problem solver ... and he even streamlined the paperwork at the end of the process to allow me to leave earlier. I was very impressed with his efforts to find a solution. He worked with the service manager to resolve the issue. In the process probably costing the dealership extra expense, but it gained a lot of goodwill from me. I will always ask for Jose. I don't now what the right answer is for you, but if the service is always like the service I received from Jose I will always have to consider Manly as my service option even if it means driving past 2 other Honda dealerships. That says a lot after I more or less promised myself that I'm done with Manly after the of consideration and ownership of the situation by the first advisor I worked with. More

2007 Honda Repair of Broken Trunk Spring As soon as the trunk spring broker, which scared the heck out of my husband and me, we drove over to Manly Honda. First stop was the Parts Department As soon as the trunk spring broker, which scared the heck out of my husband and me, we drove over to Manly Honda. First stop was the Parts Department to find out what we do. There were two service people, one named Mario but I didn't catch the others name, who helped us. They took over and first looked in the trunk to make sure what part was needed, and then found one spring available and immediately put a hold on it. The next step was making an appointment with the service department and we were able to come in the next day at 1:30 p.m. That appointment went smoothly with Tim, who came over to where we were sitting and proceeded to take over with getting the service done quickly. We were very pleased with this service visit. Thank you. More

Even thought it was a Friday morning and we didn't have an appointment, we waited less than 10 minutes fo We had to have the car towed to the dealer. Ted Krupinsky was upbeat and friendly, listened to the issue, wrote up the service order and had us out the door in short order. He called later in the day to give us rundown on required repairs and final estimate. The final cost actually ended up to be less than the quoted estimate. We picked up,the car and were processed in 5 minutes and on our way. More

I worked with him the whole way through, and honestly I can't thank him and the team at Honda enough! I took my 2008 Honda Pilot in for a new alternator. Because my car was still under warranty they checked out everything, come to find out I had 1 recall and a few other issues all taken care of at the time of my original service. I was blow away by the attention to detail, customer service, and human kindness that comes outta this dealerships service department. More

the repair rep., orig. salesman & repair was all super! Sean and Ted went over and above all expectations. A dent was repaired from my brand new car. Top Tier Service I was very impressed with Manly Honda's Service Center on my visit yesterday. I was greeted within a minute of driving in, whilst still in my vehicle I was very impressed with Manly Honda's Service Center on my visit yesterday. I was greeted within a minute of driving in, whilst still in my vehicle by a very friendly guy. Once inside I was dealt with professionally and swiftly by Ted, the service agent. The facilities are modern and inviting, and the overall experience was in all honesty faultless. Interestingly I had had my car serviced by Manly's 'competitor in Petaluma, and I they weren't a patch on Manly's service level. More

Honda Civic Service The dealership was efficient and friendly. I was able to speak with my service representative to explain a small issue I had. Their shuttle service was "door to door", very convenient as I waited. My car was returned fully serviced and in excellent condition. Very reasonable prices- Honda had even issued a coupon to me, which helped! Great job all around. More
