Great and professional Last time I had an oil change at Honda, it took almost three hours. This time was was less than an hour and a half. Restored my faith in Manly I had a rough start having my 2009 Honda Fit serviced. I won't get into that part of my experience, only to say there were a few things I was not happy with. My review is based on what happened after. There were (2) individuals that went above and beyond to make sure our car was taken care of. I have been a Honda customer for many years and will remain a satisfied one after the hard work and effort these 2 men showed us. I feel confident that our little Honda car is road worthy and my daughter is safe. I want to thank Luke Ammann and Ted Krupinsky for greeting and taking care of my mom like a queen! and providing her with a fantastic loaner for her convenience. Prompt, thorough and friendly but some disturbing past news This service was fine. But something I discovered disturbs me. I was told the details of every 30,000 mile service. However, it appears from the recor This service was fine. But something I discovered disturbs me. I was told the details of every 30,000 mile service. However, it appears from the records brought up that there is no record of key elements of the 90,000 mile service having been done as prescribed when I bought the car from Manly at about 94000 miles and at that time I was assured that service was up to date. More

GREAT Repairs and Service... But STINKY vacuum smell in car I sent a detailed letter to Brandi expaning the situation. Ted, the Service Manage was AWESOME. All the repairs were great, Except for Finger prints I sent a detailed letter to Brandi expaning the situation. Ted, the Service Manage was AWESOME. All the repairs were great, Except for Finger prints on the ceiling of the car from a Dome Light repair. The bad thing was - the poor employee that vacuumed the car, was give a stinky vacuum cleaner. The smelled bad for about 4 days. More
