He was friendly, knowledgable and willing to answer every question I asked with precise, detailed answers, He informed me of the process involved with the service my car needed. During check out he went over all the details of the mechanics report and again answered all questions thoroughly. He saw to it that my car was brought to the door for me, which was done by another Honda team member who handed my keys to me with a smile on his face. Happily, I drove away with a happy, purring car... PS: I love my new "HAPPINESS" license plate frame! More

Great service I took my car in for servicing. Everyone was great from my service rep Ted to my shuttle driver. They were able to accommodate the payment over the ph I took my car in for servicing. Everyone was great from my service rep Ted to my shuttle driver. They were able to accommodate the payment over the phone which allowed me to pick up my car after hours. I felt my car was well taken care of as well as the customer service. The only reason I gave this rating a 4 star is because when I went to pick up my car after hours I was not greeted right away. When I was given my keys I asked where my car was parked and the gentlemen pointed and said it should be along the side there. I walked out to look for my car and was unable to find it. I had to walk back inside and again was not greeted. I had to stop someone to ask them to help me find my car. My car was not parked where they said it was in fact it was parked opposite of where they told me. So I would just recommend better assisantances when someone is coming back for their car. Other than that service department, ted, shuttle driver, and Jeff K who was assigned to work on my car was amazing! More
