unnecessary "Extras" added The overall experience was OK. Just not happy with the extras! Needed an "A12" service on Pilot (replace engine oil, rotate and check tires, replac The overall experience was OK. Just not happy with the extras! Needed an "A12" service on Pilot (replace engine oil, rotate and check tires, replace air filters and inspect timing belt). They managed to sneak in 3 extras. I signed it, I just didn't see it, so that was my bad. An engine oil additive, some air system deodorizer, and some unknown Manly Advantage. I am still waiting to hear what the advantage is. The extra were at least $50 extra. Moral of the story, look carefully at a detailed breakdown of all the costs up front. Update: the dealer credited back the extras to my service account, so I am happy about that. In the end I will return for my next service, but I will keep a close eye on the charges, and make sure I understand each one. More
