I had already taken care of air cleaner filer, and cabin filter which saved me '13 Accord Coupe with Maintenance Minder display B123; 51K plus miles. I had already taken care of air cleaner filer, and cabin filter which saved me some $$$. I needed those savings because brake fluid needed replacing; I also needed a new smart key. Mechanics found that a bold was missing from an exhaust manifold heat shield assembly; replaced at no cost. Shuttle service dropped me off and picked me up as advertised. All in all, a satisfactory performance. More

Just average service this time I have been going to Manly Honda for service for many years. Usually everything goes pretty smooth. This visit was not the case. I checked in with their clerk and went to the waiting area. Somehow, I did not get placed on their service queue. After waiting 25 minutes, I went up to Ted and asked if he could take care of my car, which he did. Also, they repeated a service on my car (oil crankcase cleaning) that they did about 10K miles ago. For the car pickup, I was picked up by the shuttle and went for a 40 minute ride thru Santa Rosa, even though I am less than 5 minutes away. When I got to the dealer, car was not ready. Had to wait until 5:30 for the service to be complete. More
