Great walk-in experience Service agent Ted was great. I was a "walk in" (no appointment), but I dropped my van off, caught a shuttle ride to work, and by mid-afternoon my tire Service agent Ted was great. I was a "walk in" (no appointment), but I dropped my van off, caught a shuttle ride to work, and by mid-afternoon my tires were replaced, balanced, and aligned; oil changed and fluids topped off; and new wiper blades installed. New car purchase I was only looking at new vehicles and Martin was polite and answered all my questions. We did a test drive and I thought this is for me. Consistent Superior Service I bought my used Honda CRV from Manly Honda about 6 years ago and have returned there for service many times. I am guessing about 20 visits because I I bought my used Honda CRV from Manly Honda about 6 years ago and have returned there for service many times. I am guessing about 20 visits because I do routine maintenance and will not go anywhere else. Then there are things like brake and tire replacements and those inevitable repairs. Never a bad customer service experience. The most recent visit was to have a seat belt component replaced because an indicator light warned me of a problem with my airbag/restraint system. Yep, naturally right before a long road trip planned for the upcoming weekend. I received a prompt appointment. Ted Krupinsky (he and other service folks at Manly have the best "carside manner" I have ever experienced) and a service person found the problem right away, the part came in early next day, and this particular repair was done at no cost to me. I enjoyed a fresh baked cookie and coffee (a mocha espresso, no less) while I waited in their comfortable lounge, turning down the shuttle service this time, even though the driver immediately asked if I needed a ride. I know where I will be purchasing my next car when it is time. More
