My service came with a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, however, I did not receive a tire rotation. How you ask? Well, my rim that is different from the other rims is still located in the same lo rotation, however, I did not receive a tire rotation. How you ask? Well, my rim that is different from the other rims is still located in the same location as it was prior to the oil change and “tire rotation” service I purchased. If a customer is paying almost $160 for a service, please don’t mislead them and not fulfill the service. Customer service was nice and friendly as he always is (the reason for the stars). More

Service department continues to disappoint. From the added fees, unnecessary suggested maintenance items (they recommended a cabin air filter-I changed it 2 weeks prior), they don’t care. You have to leave a vehicle for 2-3 for the “privilege” of them looking at it. Their $1,700 repair estimate was done for $350 elsewhere. I’ll be taking my future car purchases and service elsewhere. Ted stepped up and help us get a rental car when our car broke down 600 miles from home. He kept us up to speed on the repairs and when me might be able to expect our car. Dewayne and his whole service team were outstanding! After the initial inspection, we were provided with a very helpful & informative video that walked thru their diagnosis of the problem & outlined th After the initial inspection, we were provided with a very helpful & informative video that walked thru their diagnosis of the problem & outlined the recommended repair. And even though it took a day or two longer than we had thought initially, they found & fixed the problem for a lot less than we had (anxiously) expected. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership (including the front receptionist, whose name I don’t know, but who kindly helped arrange a short ride for me to be dropped off at the Enterprise location just down the street) was courteous, friendly & professional. I mean it when I say: as long as g as this is the level of service provided by your dealership, we will never go to another GMC dealer again! More
