Zero integrity at this dealership; they absolutely refuse to honor advertised prices. They have 9 new 2025 Telluride SX Prestige X-line models on their website, 7 of which offer dealer discounts of $8300 or to honor advertised prices. They have 9 new 2025 Telluride SX Prestige X-line models on their website, 7 of which offer dealer discounts of $8300 or more, plus an additional $1000 'instant savings'. They also offer an additional $1500 discount if you finance the vehicle, and an additional $500 discount if you are in the military. So based on the MSRP shown and the advertised discounts, you would have $9300 off MSRP if you paid cash and were not military, or $11,300 off if you were both military and financing the car. I emailed them inquiring about 2 of the cars, willing to pay the full advertised price (without the military or financing bonus, as I do not qualify for those) and asked for an out-the-door quote with taxes and fees included. They quoted me a starting price of $2000 ABOVE MSRP, meaning $11,300 ABOVE the advertised price. I sent them a screenshot of the advertised price, and they absolutely refused to honor the advertised price. Complete bait and switch and demonstration of an absolute lack of integrity. Will be reporting to the Florida Attorney General and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY! More

There are a lot of Kias to pick from as this place is huge. Told them what we were looking for, then whittled it down to a couple models. After negotiating a price we could work with, we owned a new 2026 huge. Told them what we were looking for, then whittled it down to a couple models. Tony, our salesman was very friendly and efficient, showed us the entire building, and was polite, we were happy working with him. Financial dept needs to actually show the price, tags, registration-- showed us the entire building, and was polite, we were happy working with him. Financial dept needs to actually show the price, tags, registration--the total breakdown of cost, and the "extras" tag, title, etc. of the vehicle, not just scan each page of the screen telling you to initial or sign here. I was given a small "key" the financial man said had "all my paperwork" but still would've been nice to see it while signing everything. And when asked about the GAP, which I declined, the financial guy definitely showed his disapproval of MY choice. This car was a 1 previous owner, but smelled horrible of cigarette smoke. Couldn't smell during test drive as AC was blowing but sure did after we got it home. That was not a very good thing and it really upset me as I've never been a smoker and had to pay to use a optimizer to try and remove that smell. More

I did reach out to Morgan Auto group regarding our issue, received a quick response that it would be looked into, but no follow up since our initial call, which was discouraging. More

Our experience with Kia was highly successful. Initially, we were somewhat apprehensive when we visited to inquire about two cars we had seen online, and the sales team informed us that one of the Initially, we were somewhat apprehensive when we visited to inquire about two cars we had seen online, and the sales team informed us that one of them had been sold and was no longer in stock. However, by the end of our visit, we ultimately ended up purchasing the very car that we were initially told was sold. As a result, our expectations underwent a significant shift from the beginning to the end of our visit, due to the conflicting information provided. Although we do not appreciate being misled, we are ultimately 100% pleased and grateful that we were able to negotiate a purchase that met our requirements, including the monthly payment amount we were seeking. At the end of the day, we expect 100% honesty and transparency, and we appreciate that you were willing to work with us to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome, despite the initial miscommunication.
