Myself and wife went in to trade our 2023 sorento sx for the 2026 carnival. I was told trade or lease. I said either. I spoke to the finance department for Kia they ask me where’s the car I told its at the dealership. The dealership never call the finance department that they had the car for 3 months. The finance department told me there going to auction off the car and if there is a balance of he value I was liable for it. The dealership team never explained how that works. There were just wanted to get the sale and screw us over. I will never purchase a car for them. More

This is the most uncoordinated, unorganized dealership I have ever been to. First of all they ran my credit the day of with us leaving with a car, and the a week later called and stated they need to run it have ever been to. First of all they ran my credit the day of with us leaving with a car, and the a week later called and stated they need to run it again because the bank didn't approve the co- owner. All of this caused my credit score to drop over 100 points which is unacceptable, receiving over 10 different disapproval in the mail. My credit score was a 753 to start with. I was told they were giving us 5,000 for the trade and that changed a week later when I received a call stating they need to run my credit again and to unlock it. I was belittled by the finance guywhen i told him its ridiculous that i have to unlock it again and my identity has been stolen, yet he told me tgere is no one just sitting waiting to use my credit. Im glad i locked it back cause 2 days later i received a notification from Norton that someone was trying to get a payday loan online. After all this now we had to sign new documents in which a 24,000 dollar car will be 40,000 by the time its paid off. Also the 90 days no payments changed to 45 days. Absolutely unacceptable and I said I wanted to bring the car back a week later due to this , only to be told my trade was already gone to the auction. So pretty much I was stuck. I will never refer anyoneto this dealership, ever. They are a rip off. They proclaim to have these sales to get you in there and its a different story once you're there. More
