Teddy very helpful, had by mirrors checked out, moved over to my lifetime oil change feature, texted me upon completion. Always great service. My battery died in my truck so I brought it in that night and left the keys and a note that I needed the battery replaced. Then next morning I received a call from Teddy that my truck was in the service dept and left the keys and a note that I needed the battery replaced. Then next morning I received a call from Teddy that my truck was in the service dept and was being fixed. Teddy did a great job in keeping in touch with me on the progress and he even was able to get a recall done in the same visit so I would not have to come back again later to get that fixed. GREAT WORK everyone!! On the way out the door to get my truck, Rhett turned to me and said "Hi Brian". I have worked with him in the past and he remembered me. Not that I think I'm so important, but it's so nice when people in a business actually try and make a connection with people.... and I think the service dept at Lithia is really trying to do that! thanks again! More

We have been customers of Lithia Ford for many years. We've never had a problem with them, until this time. We bought a 2021 Explorer and a week after I had it the check engine light came on. I took it We've never had a problem with them, until this time. We bought a 2021 Explorer and a week after I had it the check engine light came on. I took it in and had to leave and was told they didn't have any loaner cars. After the 3rd day of no car I told them I needed a loaner. I have a child at home and I had no other vehicle, and was finally given a loaner. After 4 days they diagnosed the problem, and said it was a quick fix. However, three days later I still didn't have my car. We were told other cars came in and were fixed before my car. I had told them I needed my car done by Thursday night at the latest. My husband called Thursday afternoon, and they told him they were trying to find a technician to fix it. They knew what the problem was for 3 days and did nothing. He told them I was on my way in to get it, it was just a hose that needed replaced and they got it done in the time it took me to drive in from Kuna. This was my first brand new car and I guess I expected a little better customer service. More

I traveled 3 hours ( one-way) to make it on time for an 8:30 scheduled appointment only to find out after waiting 2 hours that the recalled parts were not available at the service center. After being notified of this, it took another 1.5 hours for a routine oil change also scheduled on this day. I was very disappointed that I had to wait 4 hours just to get an oil change and left with the recall problem still not addressed by the dealership. The service center should ensure trust to their customers that all model parts on in stock and are ready to be installed before scheduling appointments so as to not waste the public's time. More
