Also spoke with the GM Terald Hopkins who is an extremely nice guy who makes you feel right at home. Those two took great care to help me get the car I was looking for. Can’t thank you guys enough. For the life of me I can’t remember the salesman’s name but he was great too. young guy with the beard only a few weeks on the job and did wonderful getting things set up. Also the finance manager (again his name escapes me, really young looking fellow from Wisconsin) was a pleasure took deal with. Thanks again Ken, Terald and staff. After taking over, Mr Hopkins saw that and immediately reached out to me to not only apologize for the previous service I received but assured he would do whatever it took to make things right. I've been here twice now since purchasing a used daily driver and cannot express what a honor and pleasure it's been dealing with this dealership and Mr. John Kidd in the service department. This past week Mr. Kidd literally went out of his way, completely above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my family and our vehicle making sure things that necessarily didn't need to be done were done to assure we would never go elsewhere ever again. I can promise you this, when we are ready for new vehicles we will definitely be dealing with Mr. Hopkins and Mr. Kidd at New Port Richey Ford. More

So I went and stood in line for him to make sure he was fed. I was not aware that he was a veteran at this time. Once I handed him his food that I stood in line for and thanked him for not stopping until he was finished with my truck on a oil change and tire rotation did I see he was military. I stood in the hot sun while he worked on Memorial Day weekend sales event on my truck. I am unfortunately not military. But this man served his time and also was sweating on a day like today for me. It truly was an honor to stand in line in 95+ degree heat to make sure he was fed. The work here was great and thank you for hiring veterans. More
