Good Dealership Great Management Staff needs training Bought a used Ford, dealership was busy and after several hours walked out with truck that I wanted. Another issue with 2017 Ford Explorer Sport Still waiting for return call from Terald, recommended my fiance for oil change on Silverado 1500, wanted synthetic talked into standard every 3000 mi Still waiting for return call from Terald, recommended my fiance for oil change on Silverado 1500, wanted synthetic talked into standard every 3000 miles instead, got oil change quickly next morning checked oil(thankfully) the oil pressure was over 75% and more than a quart over the maximum, called Ford took it back in immediately and the man in service came out and apologized took ownership in the fact that he overfilled the Silverado but if it wasnt for my fiance digilenence of checking the oil it could have easily blown the motor especially since it's a 2001, I hate to say that I am not surprised since I have had nothing but issues with my Explorer. Makes me wonder, I was told the bearing and hub assembly along with axels were bad again by Jason on this past Saturday, then told it was a bearing issue and now the paperwork I has says hub assembly, I have been told multiple times that it is lemon by previous management and by Shawn Kelly the other sales manager that it sounds like I just must have got a bad one because so many are good, as he tried to get me in new car and realizing he could not do 42000 payoff, after I explained my frustration with past mgmt and all issues I am having with 28000 miles no one wants to help in sales or management unless it benefits their paycheck, John my service advisor has been great in keeping in contact and honestly the only one who has followed up. The GM left me a voicemail and I have since called 3x and no return call back, I have requested a ford engineer to check out my vehicle since the hub assembly and bearings and bushings literally have now been replaced 2x amongst tons of other issues. Ford has extended my warranty to 75000 miles but I can not even drive it 5000 without it coming back to shop, not to mention i am in constant travel to Cincinnati and Mia.i do to not good health conditions I am extremely unsafe in my vehicle have explained this to Ford numerous times to keep getting put back in the vehicle, i guess till someone gets seriously hurt they will not back their product. With that being said i would love a call from the GM or Ford corporation in regards to the lemon I'm paying 50grand for. Very sad and upsetting our family purchases more than 5 to 10 vehicles every couple years and family worked at Ford, retired and all parties are really considering making a change in the future if issues are not resolved, I know that no one would put their daughter, mother or father in the Ford I'm driving and be at ease knowing shes or he is safe. Unfortunately this review effects some that have no fault in this issue but someone needs to take accountability for their customers eventually. Shawn Ivancic got the 75000 miles warranty out on by Ivy which I still havent got confirmation on and I am thankful for that since previous management was suppose to do that in September 2018. I have 3 pages of documentation phone calls and issues with all of this and have emailed to Shawn Ivancic, he did great getting it on but I have not received a confirmation email as promised showing this has actually happened More
