Perfect Car Buying Experience I am always apprehensive when it come to purchasing a new car. My experiences in the past have not been pleasant but very stressful. I was not looking I am always apprehensive when it come to purchasing a new car. My experiences in the past have not been pleasant but very stressful. I was not looking forward to buying another car. However, this experience was very different. My husband went in to the dealership ahead of me to "jump start" the process. My first contact was with Terrance who took my application by phone. He was so professional and understanding. My anxiety about the situation was immediately eased by his calming personality. Because of Terrance, I was not as guarded when going into the dealership. My sales consultant, Mike, was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and waited patiently as we made our decision. He did not pressure us to decide but offered different perspectives as we weighed the pros and cons. He even made fresh popcorn for our boys to snack on while we made our decision. When we finally decided to go forward with the purchase, Reggie, the finance manager, walked us through all of the paperwork. He had everything laid out for us. He also was very patient as we read through the contracts, answering any questions that we had, as many times as we needed him to. At no point did we feel as though we were being rushed, pressured or taken advantage of in this entire process. After everything was finalized, Mike sat in our new vehicle with us and walked us through all of the electronics, showing us which apps to download on our smartphones that are compatible with the software. Mike stayed with us until we drove off the lot. He even called us later in the week to check on us! My husband and I are very appreciative of the level of professionalism and care that we received at this location. We highly recommend Wolfchase Honda for anyone in the market to purchase a new vehicle. These guys are great at what they do! We will definitely return to them when the time comes!
