Hi, I’m Teresa Wilson Assistant Service Manager here at Germain Toyota of Columbus. I started in the automotive industry in 1995 and joined Germain in 1998. Having been with Germain for so many years I am Toyota Certified and I believe in treating every customer as if they are a member of my family. Born and raised in Pickerington, OH I’m a graduate of Pickerington High School. My husband Derek and I have a beautiful daughter Mackenzie. In my free time, I enjoy shopping, reading and spending time with my family. If I were a superhero, of course, it would be Wonder Woman! My most played song on my playlist is Believer by Imagine Dragons which is a favorite to listen to in my preferred vacation spot Cancun Mexico. Cancun is so relaxing and beautiful it’s nice to kick back and just drift away to the music. Since I have owned three Rav4’s I’d have to say it’s my chosen Toyota. They are comfortable and a great family vehicle.

Excellent Exprience This was my best experience so far over the past two years. Teresa was the main reason for this rating. She was professional and took time to review what I had requested for service. She also had the technician look over a requested item that would need ordered for the next days service. She promptly notified me of the cost of that service so I could make an informed decision. The biggest reason this experience was different was Teresa's attention to detail and understanding my needs my through appropriate questioning. More

5 Month Service This was my first time taking my car to the dealership for any type of service. I scheduled a 7 am service appointment which worked best for me, I pu This was my first time taking my car to the dealership for any type of service. I scheduled a 7 am service appointment which worked best for me, I pulled in line and they had smiling faces waiting for us as we pulled in. It was definitely a WoW moment for me, I’ve never used a service center that was so eager to help and act like they genuinely cared about the consumer. They had me in and out in roughly 30 minutes and even washed the outside of my car. Thanks again Germain Toyota for making me a happy customer!!! More
