Hi, I’m Teresa Wilson Assistant Service Manager here at Germain Toyota of Columbus. I started in the automotive industry in 1995 and joined Germain in 1998. Having been with Germain for so many years I am Toyota Certified and I believe in treating every customer as if they are a member of my family. Born and raised in Pickerington, OH I’m a graduate of Pickerington High School. My husband Derek and I have a beautiful daughter Mackenzie. In my free time, I enjoy shopping, reading and spending time with my family. If I were a superhero, of course, it would be Wonder Woman! My most played song on my playlist is Believer by Imagine Dragons which is a favorite to listen to in my preferred vacation spot Cancun Mexico. Cancun is so relaxing and beautiful it’s nice to kick back and just drift away to the music. Since I have owned three Rav4’s I’d have to say it’s my chosen Toyota. They are comfortable and a great family vehicle.

My experience with Germain Toyota has always been (in years gone by) & now a pleasure to (have been) & will always be a Germain Toyota customer. I've always been treated with respect, kindness, and the u years gone by) & now a pleasure to (have been) & will always be a Germain Toyota customer. I've always been treated with respect, kindness, and the utmost of satisfaction when dealing with the Service Dept. .As far as the New Sales Dept.,I have never, or ever been treated as good as the salesman who helped me pick out my vehicle. A. J. was the most patient man that I have ever worked with. He was so helpful, listened to my questions, (& I had a lot of them) answered them & explained why or what they meant. It was a whole new "ball game" for me with all the new features, gadgets, & the luxuries that the new Corolla has come up with. Germain has always been fair with my issues, probably more than fair. I trust that they will take care of my vehicle as they would a best friend. Everyone I have come in contact with has been professio more than fair. I trust that they will take care of my vehicle as they would a best friend. Everyone I have come in contact with has been professional but friendly and try not to cause me to wait. My vehicles were purchased at Germain, serviced by Germain, in a couple of cases needed more than maintenance at Germain, and I plan to buy any future vehicles from Germain. As far as the cost goes, I always wish it was less but I've compared it among friends' dealers and it seems to be equivalent in most services and sometimes better. More
