Hi, I’m Teresa Wilson Assistant Service Manager here at Germain Toyota of Columbus. I started in the automotive industry in 1995 and joined Germain in 1998. Having been with Germain for so many years I am Toyota Certified and I believe in treating every customer as if they are a member of my family. Born and raised in Pickerington, OH I’m a graduate of Pickerington High School. My husband Derek and I have a beautiful daughter Mackenzie. In my free time, I enjoy shopping, reading and spending time with my family. If I were a superhero, of course, it would be Wonder Woman! My most played song on my playlist is Believer by Imagine Dragons which is a favorite to listen to in my preferred vacation spot Cancun Mexico. Cancun is so relaxing and beautiful it’s nice to kick back and just drift away to the music. Since I have owned three Rav4’s I’d have to say it’s my chosen Toyota. They are comfortable and a great family vehicle.

My Prius was in your shop for a week for the hazard lights that wouldn’t turn off! Your service was short and rude.After waiting for approximately two hours.Therisa said the switch was bad at cost of lights that wouldn’t turn off! Your service was short and rude.After waiting for approximately two hours.Therisa said the switch was bad at cost of 420.$ after another two hr. She told me It didn’t foxy. fix the problem She said the wiring. was bad and they had to remove the dash at labor cost minimum of 620$ as they to trace miles of wiring to check.Therisa said. the service would call when. H. they found the Problem and how to fix it Billy call on Friday. said they found a bad module at cost of 1200.$and with labor the total would be 2500.$ I asked why so much Much he had lots of labor hrs. I asked if the switch was bad. he said yes. That total didn’t. include 387.$ I already paid for the “bad” Switch.So what. thought was a simple problem. cost almost 3000.$ Billy it Should be ready Monday. I hadn’t heard from anyone by Tuesday so I. Called Therisa and she said it. was ready. I paid and looked. at my invoice and no where did show they replaced the module.or switch! I noticed the mileage didn’t match the. Mileage out on the odometer My car had been driven almost 20 miles by someone in your service department.I think Germaine has taken advantage of Me and way over charged me. Me. I left a message for. Billy to return my call He never called me back to answer my questions More

The service department did very well and on a very timely basis. Ms Wilson was very helpful and made sure the recall on the fuel pump, and was ordered for replacement and told me she would call when it arriv basis.
