Seemed like no one was working last Saturday. No one available to check in my truck and after I paid, I had to look around and go find a mechanic to get me my truck. Also, they said they couldn’t do the included tire rotation since they couldn’t get the lug nuts off unless I paid $550 for new ones. I think they are really angling for the sale since my front lugs look stripped now. More

I called ahead to let the dealer know I would have to be late for my service appointment. They informed me I could not keep my appointment because a simple oil change takes an entire hour and a half — and t late for my service appointment. Do not go to this dealer for service, they will not be accommodating. More
