Seemed like no one was working last Saturday. No one available to check in my truck and after I paid, I had to look around and go find a mechanic to get me my truck. I called ahead to let the dealer know I would have to be late for my service appointment. They informed me I could not keep my appointment because a simple oil change takes an entire hour and a half — and t late for my service appointment.
