I have been buying cars from Schaller for 22 years and having them serviced there. I have made my last 5 purchases through Teri Lupacchino. Dave Wiltsie has been the services manager the entire time. I had my first Acura, a 1999 TL, which I had serviced at Schaller until I traded it in. The entire service team was phenomenal, especially Brian and Dave. They knew me and my car, and when I would think i Schaller until I traded it in. The entire service team was phenomenal, especially Brian and Dave. They knew me and my car, and when I would think it needed a certain repair, they would be honest enough to let me know it didn't need it or the repair was to a lesser degree than I anticipated. They provided me with a loaner car or shuttle service when needed, always free of charge (and they don't make you fill the gas tank for the fuel used!) It was because of my great experience with the vehicle and Schaller's service department, that I returned to Schaller when I was ready to make another Acura purchase. I bought a CPO MDX from Teri Lupacchino, who was very knowledgable about the brand. She never needed to refer to a manual and was able to answer all my questions. I had contemplated getting another Acura for several years before actually making my purchase, and she remembered me as if I had just introduced myself. It is refreshing to deal with a luxury car dealership that doesn't have an "attitude", is completely professional and makes you feel welcome. More

Teri is very helpful and very responsive to questions, phone calls etc. The service dept. is great. If something does not need to be fixed it won't be. Her knowledge of the entire vehicle line-up is flawless, and is always very willing to take whatever time is needed to ensure our needs are met. The "price settling" process is always competitive, fair, and headache free. Needless to say, I offer Teri's name (and Schaller Acura) any time I come across someone in the Acura market. The service department is also exceptional. Convenient times, reasonable wait times, and above average waiting area are key and appreciated. The folks in the service department always ensure to inquire if there are any problems, or anything else they can help with, everytime you are there. The entire Schaller Acura family is very pleasant and personable. Whenever I am there for service, it is like seeing a bunch of old friends, with many small converations catching up with folks. Overall, a very positive experience (everytime!). More

This was my second automobile purchase from Schaller. First, they are small, but get great prices and are as competitive with any of the larger dealerships in CT or MA. If inquiring through internet, Teri Lupachino will likely be your contact. She's been my contact for both purchases and she's outstanding. Responsiveness is incredible - gets back to you quickly, even if in off-hours. The business folks are also very nice - very knowledgable. Again, same folks I dealt with over 3 years ago (Brian and Brian, though forget their last names). Finally, the service department has the nicest people working in it of any dealership I have encountered. While I have only had maintenance done at Schaller, there have been some questions and issues that I wasn't sure about - they never tried to take advantage or create a cost for me. More

We bought a new car from Teri Lupacchino in 1998. Her knowledge and sales experience back then made the entire process a positive experience. The car was a wonderful investment that lasted 10 years. The service provided by the dealership was excellent. They are the reason the car was in such great shape for 10 years. When we decided it was time for a new car, there was no where else we though about going. There was also no other sales person we would rather work with. The best part about dealing with Schaller Acura was that almost all of the staff we dealt with 10 years ago were still there. We knew we would be dealing with experienced people we could trust. Being able to trust the people who sell and sevice a vehicle is an extremely comforting experience. We knew that we would be given the best possible advice by the best people in the business. Once again, Teri's personal touch, knowledge, and experience made the car buying process simple and relaxing. It was so easy to walk into Schaller Acura to meet with Teri. Buying a car is a major commitment, but we were completly at ease working with Teri and the rest of the Scaller staff. We not only purchased a new vehicle that day, but also walked away with a pre-owned vehicle. It has been about three years since those major purchases and we could not be happier. Both cars are everything we wanted. During a conversation with a family member who was considering a new vehicle, I strongly recommended both Schaller and Teri. In my opinion, there is no better dealer and no better sales person. When the time comes, we will be returing to Schaller in the hopes of dealing with all the same people. Even if Teri is no longer selling cars at that time (we expect these cars to last a long time) and some of the staff has changed, we know we will still be working with a top quality dealership that we completely trust! More
