My feedback is primarily regarding my salesperson. I completed an order with a salesman, Terrance. Upon signing the order, he told me he would call me 3 times, and instead, I had to check in with him I completed an order with a salesman, Terrance. Upon signing the order, he told me he would call me 3 times, and instead, I had to check in with him for the updates (providing a VIN #, estimated delivery date, and pick up) he said he’d initiate. Instead, I had to initiate communication until the delivery. We agreed to the pick date, and I received my car without the trimmings I paid for as I arrived at the dealership with a check. Moreover, I wasn’t told they weren’t ordered I had to follow up with him. At that time, he communicated he forgot to order then and that he would do so first thing the next morning. The following day I received a text from Parts thanking me for coming in. Because I received no additional information, I contacted Terrance again, and he told me I needed to call the Parts department to confirm if the parts were in for installation. When I pushed back as this wasn’t the appropriate level of customer service for a $ 40k purchase, he then followed with Parts would call me when the parts were in. Due to his error, I would have expected that he follow through and obtain an estimated delivery date for the parts and communicate this to me. More
