So stay with me on this one. If you get Dom as your sales person that's good. If you get Terrance as your sales manager request someone else. He will sales talk you, belittle and talk down to you. He will act as your best friend but I don't need friends like him. He told me miss information. He charged for tires on the car I was trading in even though I found multiple cars on the lot with less tread. My daughter loved the car whom I bought it for so had to really look past him and he didn't make easy to do. Sterling in finance is new but very good to deal with. Would I recommend them, I honestly don't know. I would say do your homework. Know how much your trade is worth (don't rely on there estimator), what APR you qualify for and check the vehicle over carefully. Make sure to get an "we owe you" if you find anything. Good luck!? Avoid buying used cars here, I had a terrible experience. - sort by the 1 star reviews and you'll see many others with the same story. I came in from 3 hours away and had pre approval for financing. This place tried to squeeze me for all I'm worth, coming back with quotes from banks the sales person couldn't remember or any technical details of the financing that were hundreds more than every other quote I had gotten. Asked to speak to the manager, they couldn't even tell me what the APR of the financing is. I had to ask 5 different times and the answer was "I don't know". They also don't count your trade in fairly, went down the street at CarMax and got $1000 more for the trade in. This place is truly a joke! if you are looking to buy a car and you don't care how they make their money off you, this might be a good place. Otherwise, avoid like the plague. To the dealer: No need to reply to this. Change your sales tactics and maybe you'll get more business. You wasted my time and money as well as many others for a marginal gain. Do better. More

Found the car I was interested in on their website. Saw it in person, and it was exactly as pictured and described online (which isn't always the case at some dealerships). The salesman was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and PATIENT. There were no pressure tactics used what-so-ever. Very easy transaction. Everyone that I spoke with/dealt with was friendly and professional and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. My purchase experience was pleasant and all went smoothly. I am totally pleased with my purchase and the process, and would highly recommend using this dealership (a special thanks to my salesperson, Leslie Artis!). More
