Terrance has no business being a sales manager. He is mean-spirited, disrespectful, and lacks the basic ethics and etiquette of customer relations. I had what was really a small issue to resolve, instead he escalated the situation talking to me in a very patronizing way and going as far as making disparaging comments about my hands! What have the state of my hands (assuming I'm disabled) got to do with the problem I wanted resolved? Is that how staff at this dealership are trained to resolve customer issues? In the end, I spoke to Matt and he turned out to be far more understanding and helpful. More

Lorriel was amazing. She was very inviting and funny. I felt well taken care of. She picked out a few cars that were in my price range and helped keep me on track when I tried to go over.
