No problem with Mason. Had a deal worked up and was getting ready to sign then one of the finance people came back to me and said "Sorry we should of pulled up your record Had a deal worked up and was getting ready to sign then one of the finance people came back to me and said "Sorry we should of pulled up your record first, with your credit score we have to rework the numbers". We had back and forth and finally settled on some numbers. Then the real finance guy came out with bad news that I wouldn't be able to take the vehicle home because there was an additional lien on my trade in. Again, if they had pulled up my records first I wouldn't have had to waste 5 hours at Beaver with no result. I was up front about my credit hit over the last two years due to divorce right from the beginning of my visit. Also I tried to explain what I thought the other lien was to the Finance guy. He had little empathy and was kind of rude in his demeanor. So after all is said and done I am obtaining a lien release for the non-lien and will not return to Beaver and will not recommend Beaver to anyone. More
