No problem with Mason. We had back and forth and finally settled on some numbers. Then the real finance guy came out with bad news that I wouldn't be able to take the vehicle home because there was an additional lien on my trade in. Again, if they had pulled up my records first I wouldn't have had to waste 5 hours at Beaver with no result. I was up front about my credit hit over the last two years due to divorce right from the beginning of my visit. Also I tried to explain what I thought the other lien was to the Finance guy. He had little empathy and was kind of rude in his demeanor. So after all is said and done I am obtaining a lien release for the non-lien and will not return to Beaver and will not recommend Beaver to anyone. More
