Terrible Communication and did not Charge me If I could give 0 stars I would. I leased a vehicle hear last June of 2018, now why am I just now writing this... I need to return my lease because I If I could give 0 stars I would. I leased a vehicle hear last June of 2018, now why am I just now writing this... I need to return my lease because I am a service member and I am deploying soon. When I called who I financed through I found out that Bayside had spelled my name wrong cause me a whole host of issues to prove my identity. But First, THEY FORGOT TO CHARGE ME FOR MY VEHICLE. The entire finance department was negligible, irresponsible with paperwork, and plain rude and disrespectful. Merlin... their "head" finance manager never sent in my paperwork so when I did NOT get a first months bill in the mail, I called the bank to which they had no record that I even ever leased a vehicle. Merlin said he would come by my apartment with a new lease in hand because the price had to be adjusted, now in my favor. He NEVER showed, no gave me a curtesy call. So, after a few days of calling back and forth I decided to driver there, I called Merlin to let him know I'd be there and he said we would meet. HE WAS NOT THERE WHEN I ARRIVED. Then I sat with a salesmen who explained that if the dealership makes a mistake with a payment that the dealership will pay for it not the customer. Pretty reasonable I thought. Then because Merlin conveniently left another finance person, Terrance Shine sat with me, drew up a new contract then proceeded to raise his voice at me, the customer when I said that the dealership was going to pay my first months payment. He THEN yanked in the salesman who told me that and called him an idiot to his face and mine. Then he looked at me and asked if I'd like that first month to come out of his salary. Completely irresponsible, and child like. Terrance acted like a child in front of me. This ENTIRE business is horrible and I reported them to the better business bureau for their treatment. Thankfully I have a right to return my lease early with no penalties and watch them take this car back. I even emailed the manager Sal directly about my experience and got no response, shocker. More
