Rude & unprofessional We were just about to finish a deal on a lease. After waiting hours for 2 days straight we were finally ready to sign. These people do not know how to communicate with each other. My sales person, the business manager, and this guy all kept telling us different numbers. In the end we decided not to take the car because we were fed up with their incompetence. Then THIS guy has the nerve to look down on us and say that we can't even "afford $15 more a month." No. It's not the $15 dollars it's your idiocity and lack of communication. Maybe they should try communicating better and treat customers with more respect. Dont look down on peoples psrents just because they aren't fluent in English. More
