Terri was amazing! She took such great care of me and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I’ve had some not-so-great experiences at other dealerships in the past, so I was a little nervous going in, but Terri completely changed that. She was incredibly sweet, honest, and explained everything so clearly. She kept me updated the entire time and really made me feel comfortable and confident in every step. I honestly can’t thank her enough- she made the experience so much better than I ever expected! More

Terri handled my battery issue properly from both a customer and dealership perspective. Testing showed that it was bad, and she ensured that the warranty was applied to the replacement. The service lady was rude and unprofessional. She tried to use aftermarket products on my car without asking me. You go to the dealership for Honda/Acura parts not after market. My car was sitting out in the lot for 25 minutes before they came to get me. Also, there is a certain way to rotate my tires, and I need to tighten my hand. That was not followed. They will be hearing from me if they warped my rotors. More
