I have used the Bellevue dealership for service for several years and have always had good service. I was unhappy on my last oil change when I was told that the manager said I could not use an oil cha several years and have always had good service. I was unhappy on my last oil change when I was told that the manager said I could not use an oil change coupon sent to my home address because the vin number did not match. The crv is the only Honda I own and have taken the crv to Bellevue for service since I bought it in 2015. Why could they not honor the coupon sent to my address when I have been a loyal customer? Very disappointing. More

Terri was amazing! She took such great care of me and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She was incredibly sweet, honest, and explained everything so clearly. She kept me updated the entire time and really made me feel comfortable and confident in every step. Terri handled my battery issue properly from both a customer and dealership perspective. Testing showed that it was bad, and she ensured that the warranty was applied to the replacement. The service lady was rude and unprofessional. She tried to use aftermarket products on my car without asking me. You go to the dealership for Honda/Acura parts not after market. My car was sitting out in the lot for 25 minutes before they came to get me. Also, there is a certain way to rotate my tires, and I need to tighten my hand. That was not followed. They will be hearing from me if they warped my rotors. More
