Terri A. was amazing! We are new to the area and stopped by the service department since our service reminder went off. She scheduled us for an appointment an was amazing! We are new to the area and stopped by the service department since our service reminder went off. She scheduled us for an appointment and let us know what to expect. At the appointment she was friendly but hustled. I was so impressed by her customer service and will be a devoted customer because of her! Service techs are awesome! They repaired a seat belt latch and provided honest feedback about my vehicles needs. Thank you Honda Cars of Bellevue for washing and vacuuming as well. More

Took my Pilot in for a recall repair. Made an appoint for 7:30 am and dropped the car off. We called at 3:30 and were told that it was next in line and wouldn’t be done that day. Not sure why we made and appt and verified it if it sat there for a day? What an inconvenience to be without your car for two days for a two to three hour fix (according to the Honda paper work). Will go to a different dealership in the future for service and purchase of a vehicle. I was disappointed with this dealership when I looked to purchase the Pilot and the service department has solidified that disappointment. Won’t be back. More

Had to take car to Bellevue Honda three times before they admitted battery was bad. My good reputable mechanic also said alternator is bad. Honda says is not. I was stuck with no ac with my daughters car and other places couldn’t fit me in for a week. I explained my situation as my daughter just graduated today from Creighton (family anll flew in to be here) an places couldn’t fit me in for a week. I explained my situation as my daughter just graduated today from Creighton (family anll flew in to be here) and this coming Tuesday we are set to drive 1,600 miles home. Terri Adams listened to me and figured out a way to go above and beyond. I labeled her an Angel today. Thank you Honda Cars of Bellevue for having Terri Adams in place to help me/us! More

Terri in the Service Department was very friendly and helpful. Terri checked her records as to when the last time my car had been serviced and what I had done last time . She also checked to ensure when the last time I had rotated my tires, to my surprise it had been over 5,000 miles. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I have been comming to Honda Cars of Bellevue for years and I will continue to as long as I drive a HONDA ! I love their friendly customer service and great job at keeping my vehicle in safe and reliable transportation. 👍 More
