I love working with the public, which is why joining the car industry in 2003 was the perfect choice. I am very knowledgeable of the parts we sell at the dealership, and automotive parts in general. I have even started up two accessory departments. Customers enjoy working with me because I’m always friendly and ready to help. I was born and raised in the great state of Minnesota. I graduated from Cooper High School. I have one, four-legged kid (my dog) that I love. I have a great love for animals in general. I enjoy traveling; have seen many places and experienced a variety of cultures.

Terrance was great, very personal and informative. However when we were waiting for them to detail our car, we waiting over 3 hrs even though we were told about an hr.
