Bought a new car. Great deal. However at the 1k mi oil change a tire was dropped on my car and dented the top of the passenger a frame. Instead of replacing my newly p Great deal. Instead of replacing my newly purchased car, they offered to fix under covers without insurance. Not very confident that it will be fixed correctly nor would I have recourse for subsequent fixes which require time, effort and possibly money. If you stand behind what you sell and want repeat customers, you would go above and beyond to make it right and not offer excuses. More

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Throttle body went out... Again. Mind you, they had already replaced the throttle body twice in two years and both times it f Terrible. Terrible. Throttle body went out... Again. Mind you, they had already replaced the throttle body twice in two years and both times it failed in less than 12 months. Okay, so guess what. Another failure. But, I'm a decent guy, so I call them and give them another chance. Figuring the third time's the charm right? When I call and tell them that the throttle body they put in 9 months ago is failing again. They tell me even though it's less than 12 months, I've driven the vehicle more than 12,000 miles so the throttle body is not covered. xxx? I have to pay for the throttle body and service... Again? It's not my fault that your product and service suck. Unreal. Listen, it wasn't that much money for me to fix it, maybe $400. But, it was the principle. I can't imagine me telling my customers that they have to pay to repair a product I sold them that keeps failing. Never again. If you can't get your s*** straight three times, you're out. STAY AWAY! More

Our experience was good overall. I didn’t feel that we got the trade value we should have but the sea overall was good so we went ahead with it. The trade value estimate from their w I didn’t feel that we got the trade value we should have but the sea overall was good so we went ahead with it. The trade value estimate from their website was not honored because “the market is shifting and their valuation software hadn’t been updated yet”. I felt like that was an excuse but nonetheless, the overall deal was good. Our salesman Dallas withstood a lot of challenges we threw at him even last minute possible changes in which vehicle we were going to buy and handled it professionally and was accommodating. We had a couple things we needed service on and planned to take it back to the dealership for the repairs. Booked a service time and was told when we got there for our appointment that they didn’t have time to do the repair job we needed. That was very frustrating but again Dallas at least made sure they identified the repair that needed to be done so it wasn’t a full waste of our time. Overall it was a good experience and we would consider buying through this dealership again. More
