Mr. Capers was an awesome salesman. Very professional and knowledgeable and answered my questions. However, the receptionist sucked and showed no concern or care for the customer. When I came in the dealersh knowledgeable and answered my questions. However, the receptionist sucked and showed no concern or care for the customer. When I came in the dealership, the receptionist did not acknowledged me, she was on cell phone holding a conversation and never looked my way or asked how she could help me after standing there for about 3-5 mins. I walked off to see if Mr. Capers was in his office, and he was not. So I came back up front and she still did not acknowledged me or asked what i need and still on her phone. It took another salesman to come and help me. That is very poor customer service when someone is spending money at a well known dealership. If it was not for Mr. Capers, I would have taken my money and business elsewhere. Having great customer service plays a big part in a business and it will and can determine if a person will do business with you.She does not need to be a front desk person. More
