Sam in the finance department made me feel like family because we had genuine conversations and when it was time to talk business, he looked me in my eyes to make sure I was comfortable with my payment and terms. I have wanted to purchase a new car for some time now; however, I honestly didn’t think I would qualify. I sent a internet inquiry on 09/14/2020, and received a response within 2 hours (which was a call f however, I honestly didn’t think I would qualify. I sent a internet inquiry on 09/14/2020, and received a response within 2 hours (which was a call from Terry Capers in the Columbia location) I went into the facility that afternoon and was promptly greeted by Terry. He was courteous, listened to my needs and even stayed patient with me since I was nervous and undecided. I didn’t want to make an impulse buy so I decided to leave and return the following day with some choices to view. I went home, signed into the website again and saw a car that I honestly fell in love with and it was just perfect for me. I prayed about it and I knew I had to move forward. I emailed Terry the following morning and he was all over it! He texted, emailed and even sent me a video of inside/outside! I left work and returned back to the Columbia location to speak to Terry. I was there for approximately 2 1/2 hours. When I left, I had a copy of my bill of sale, my key and the owner’s manual! They listened to me which was key. He was not pushy or overbearing. Terry followed my pace and helped me do, not only what I needed BUT WHAT I WANTED. I am extremely thankful for all the assistance I received from Terry Capers during my car buying process. I am forever grateful for your customer service and ability to make this a very easy process for me.
