I have nothing but good words to say. I was in need of a new vehicle due to recently being involved in an accident that totaled my previous one. I visited the dealership over the stretch I was in need of a new vehicle due to recently being involved in an accident that totaled my previous one. I visited the dealership over the stretch of a few days, and was presented with several different options, but was never pressured or pushed to go in any particular way. I ultimately decided to lease versus purchase and I'm so glad I did. Travis, Terry and the entire Shottenkirk Honda team were very helpful. They understood my circumstance and took what was best for me into consideration over just simply making a sale. Customer service was embodied throughout the entire process and I greatly appreciated that.
