Johnathan was nothing short of amazing. After my recent total loss. I was extremely overwhelmed with my entire situation. I felt rushed my insurance company to make a purchase. I was in LOVE with my car and DID NOT WANT TO BUY ANOTHER CAR, BUT JOHNATHAN CHANGED EVERYTHING FOR ME! we landed on a Honda CR-V touring! He took his time and was very patient with me. Johnathan showed me all the features of the CRV and set all my personal settings to make mw feel like I never loss my car! I am truly grateful and impressed with all his help. Thank you Johnathan. Shottenkirk Honda makes you purchase 1) Protection package - $1995.00, 2) No worries plus - $895.00 without exception! In my opinion this is not lawful nor ethical business practice! Also Mr. Welch ga package - $1995.00, 2) No worries plus - $895.00 without exception! In my opinion this is not lawful nor ethical business practice! Also Mr. Welch gave us an interest rate of 9.34% even though Honda said we had excellent credit through them. We were supposed to get the promotional rate of 5.99% for 72 months! He told me that the dealership makes more money the higher the rate is! The sales manager was not very friendly either! However Terry Ford was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! He explained everything about the car in good detail! Oh I almost forgot, they would not take no for an answer about their extended warranty stating Honda’s bumper to bumper warranty does not cover much at all! After about an hour of them trying to convince us to purchase this warranty we declined it! They did not like this at all! We would like a refund of the above fees. If not I will be contacting the Vice President of Honda about all these matters! More
