Additional service for new lease car follow up on my new lease car, added some more service on the start, after the call to schedule what was a bit more difficult as I got bounced forth a follow up on my new lease car, added some more service on the start, after the call to schedule what was a bit more difficult as I got bounced forth and back three times the service himself went very well, came in the morning, took max 15 to arrange everything including handover loaner car, git the call as promised to confirm everything is ready, pick up was max 5 minutes after my very good experience during the sales process I must say also this went very smooth and easy. So far only a very good experience with the team from MINI of RAMSEY and can only recommend them highly! More

It’s a very comfortable environment to wait in while the car is being worked on and if you need to borrow a loaner car while your car is being repaired, they make it so easy. The sales department is also top notch. I love my car but wanted to check out other options. I was able to test drive and ask as many questions as I needed without feeling rushed or pressured one way or another. Really, they are a treat to work with. More
