Randy Jackson (Service Mgr) and his team quickly got me a loaner (2019 Hyundai Tucson) and got me out the door. After driving the Tucson, I fell in love. Several months prior, Randy had introduced me to Rob Crockett in sales. After driving the Tucson, I called Rob & asked what my options were. Within 24 hours, Rob got the exact Tucson I asked for (down to the very last detail). When I came back in Tom Harmon requested my loan from my preferred lender & helped make the process seamless. 48 hours after receiving a loaner, I was driving away with my brand new Tucson! I've worked with Wilson County Hyundai for years. They know how to satisfy a client and they know how to keep a client!
