The last 3 purchased with the help and guidance of a very professional sales person, Terry Matarese. I have purchased 2 Maximas, 2 Muranos and now a Rogue. When I purchased the first Maxima I knew that the vehicle was superior to any other vehicle that me and my husband had ever driven. We purchased a second Maxima and realized that yes, the brand was superior but there was an additional ingredient that made our experience as Nissan owners satisfying and outstanding. THE DEALERSHIP! The salesperson, Terry Matarese is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, direct and honest. When it came to servicing the vehicles, again, service persons are upfront and courteous. I made an appointment to see her and she did not disappoint me at all. As a female purchasing a vehicle it was great to find someone that was as genuine as she was. Theresa in my opinion was trustworthy. After expressing my concerns about my past experiences buying vehicles. The words that stick out in my mind is that she opened her self by saying give me a chance, let me show you what I can do for you. When I met with her I was able to exhale. She has been in the business a while and has been there at Kings Nissan, which, in my eyes, means alot with the turnover rate, in that business, I have seen in years of buying cars. This means she knows her products, knows her pricing, has some manuverablility with management and has a good presence with her clients, and, all of those wonderful attributes really shined through when I leased this new Rogue with Terry at Kings Nissan.
