I bought an RV this summer and started camping. Used my 14 year old Chevy half ton to pull the trailer. Had a few issues which caused me to start looking for a replacement truck. Went by the dealer Friday and looked their trucks over. Came back Saturday with my trade and test drove. They were very knowledgeable of the vehicles which helped me find the best fit. Offer was very good. I go back Monday to pickup my new truck. It was a very pleasant truck buying experience. More

I was driving a 2006 Dodge Dakota with high mileage. I was actually still making payments on said vehicle, but I was interested in trading it in for something more gas efficient. Honestly, I just stopped at the first dealership that caught my eye, which happened to be Crown. Of course the beautiful cars on the lot drew my attention, but the flailing inflatable man was pretty magnificent.. So I pulled in, and before I could even park, I was greeted with a smiling face: Terry Robey! I explained the situation with my truck to him, and he took me to his office to see what my options were. The odds didn't seem to be in my favor at first, but he maintained a pleasant attitude and kept trying to find a deal that would suit me. I'm sure it must be a tad bit disappointing when a customer arrives and explains they have no money to put down, but he never acted like it was a waste of time for him. He gave me a bit of advice, and I started to leave. Before I could even back my truck out of the parking space, he rushed out the door to me and said that I would be able to get a car after all! He and another salesman showed me a 2013 Chrysler 200, which I fell in love with immediately! I took it for a test drive and returned to the office to fill out paperwork. All of the people at Crown were incredibly caring and friendly. They definitely go out of their way to make sure the customers feel at home. I believe I was at the dealership for 3 hours or so, but never was I bored or confused as to what was going on. They explained everything to me plain as day (but not in a condescending manner). I greatly appreciated every single person I came into contact with at Crown. The past experiences I've had at dealerships have never been pleasant, to say the least. I highly recommend Crown to anyone who is looking for a great deal and outstanding service. More

Ours was a familiar story that you've heard before, we stopped in at the dealership to just look around and see what was available. We hadn't even talked about trading our vehicle at this time. But, Terry met us on the lot within just a few minutes and he was very friendly and open from the start. He went the extra mile to match what we thought we wanted to what they had on hand and we went through several possibilities before we found one that met pretty much all of the things on our want list. Terry stayed with us through the whole process, but he wasn't at all pushy and gave us our space to talk between us when we needed it. He made what we thought was an attractive offer on a truck that we really liked and then we moved inside to talk to Jimmy about trade-in values and financing. Jimmy went to extremes to find us the best loan rates out there and was patient with us through the whole process as well. More

Well, we actually had a fun time at your dealership. We never had any intentions of buying, just looking around. Terry Robey was an awesome salesman, no pressuring felt, just friendliness beyond what we h never had any intentions of buying, just looking around. Terry showed us roads that had curves, hills, and all different terrain to show how the jeep would ride. Price was right, time must have been right, for we accepted the offer proposed to us. Yayyyyy! Thanks so much Mr. Terry, you are a "winner" in my book. Now, for Mr. Don Gentry. Well sir, we had fun hanging out in your office for a brief * span of time, listening to and questioning you on financing, etc. You were indeed a patient man, having to deal with me and all my questions and showing me the "figures." ha ha Service Department was very friendly and did a great job doing our Diamond Protection on our vehicle.
