Terry was waiting for us before we even got out of the car. He was very friendly. Even after we were denied for the first car we looked at, he continued to help up and we ended up leaving w/ a 2012 Chevy car. He was very friendly. My wife and I were treated with professional courtesy by Terry, our sales rep. He listened to our (extensive) list of wants and needs, and we ran the gamut of vehicles on the lot.
