I picked up my Bronco the day before Thanksgiving. Bryce came in on his day off to finish the sale. He was wonderful through the whole process. The only issue I really had was that even though I gave Bryce came in on his day off to finish the sale. He was wonderful through the whole process. The only issue I really had was that even though I gave an hour heads up I had to wait a half hour for finance and I had to wait for them to detail my vehicle. I live an hour and 15 min from the dealership and got called back to sign the certificate of origin. This was the most frustrating part. I think If I would have been compensated in some way it would have helped a little. Overall, all the staff I had contact with were great and very friendly. I was just frustrated the day of the sale because nothing was ready for me and the fact that I had to drive almost 3 hours round trip for 1 signature after the sale. More
