What can I say, this was FANTASTIC SERVICE! I had a major problem when my truck started making a terrible noise and steam was pouring from under my hood. I contacted my amazing sales guy, Terry Wicklow, and he had me get it towed in and they would try to look at it between appointments for me. When I arrived, Terry already had a rental ready for me and Ryan in service was informed of what I needed. I was on the road in my rental quickly! They had some miracle with scheduling and looked at my truck within an hour of me leaving. A quick call from Ryan had it diagnosed as a water pump. It was fixed that afternoon! In all, I was without my truck for about 5 hours! Just the greatest! More
