Everything was great except that my car had a scratch on it. I feel like when they did the protection coating it should have been noticed. This now makes me wonder if the protection coating was done. Only say that because my window tinting wasn't done. I could have gotten it done the next day but the vehicle was about a week or two later then i was originally estimated, so I didn't want to wait. Thankful was very helpful in trying to get this solved. I don't think I'll have an issue getting these things solved, but if I had driven off and not checked the car first, the scratch wouldn't have been able to be proven to already been there before I left the dealer. Not mad just surprised no one noticed it. More

I really enjoyed the experience to get my new CROWN. Thankful was AMAZING throughout the whole process. She help me evaluate which car would fit my needs. Thankful showed me every car and when I tried a Rav4 gas car and hated it she made sure she got me the Hybrid to test drive. It was so much better than the gas version. It was just the right car for me as I car and hated it she made sure she got me the Hybrid to test drive. It was so much better than the gas version. It was just the right car for me as I was replacing a much beloved 2006 Highlander Hybrid and the RAV4 was pretty much the same size as the old Highlander. She worked on her days off as well to keep in touch with me. More
