I really enjoyed the experience to get my new CROWN. Thankful was AMAZING throughout the whole process. She help me evaluate which car would fit my needs. Once I decided on which model to purchase, she kept me informed of the process of the car arriving. Then once the car arrived, the process was super easy! The best part is not only THANKFUL but the whole Ed Martin facility, everyone is amazing, kind, you can tell they enjoy working there. More

Thankful showed me every car and when I tried a Rav4 gas car and hated it she made sure she got me the Hybrid to test drive. It was so much better than the gas version. It was just the right car for me as I car and hated it she made sure she got me the Hybrid to test drive. It was so much better than the gas version. It was just the right car for me as I was replacing a much beloved 2006 Highlander Hybrid and the RAV4 was pretty much the same size as the old Highlander. She worked on her days off as well to keep in touch with me. More

Very clean environment, compared to the Porsche dealership I work at… Ed Martin Toyota really surprised me with the cleanliness of not just the building, but the exterior as well. How helpful the salesperson, Thankful, and the finance person that helped me… I believe his last name ended in Martin. Everyone was very nice and cared about me, the customer. Love how they don’t charge over for any car that they sell, they end up getting more business that way with people like me buying their first car. Even with getting a GR86 Premium with a manual, they refused to charge over unlike Tom Wood Toyota charged $7,000 over MSRP. Very happy and satisfied with my experience and definitely will get my serviced there and provide them with more business in the future. More
