I bought a CERTIFIED Used car from them which was not a Nissan. I have not even made ONE payment on a 2 yr. loan for my vehicle, I have driven it back to them twice in the month since Ive bought it, I now have no vehicle for the second time and I may not even get it back for a week yet! The same problem its been since the very next day after I bought it they say they brought it to the dealer of the BRAND of car it is which I will not say because Im embarassed to say I bought this 40K vehicle from a NIssan Dealer. I gave them a 35/40K vehicle in trade. WORST used vehicle I have bought in all my yrs. of buying and paying for vehicle new used, private party sale and dealer sale. WORSTever DONT BUY FROM THEM AND My jeep that they have. DONT buy it its not worth what they want for it. IF YOU DO LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOK very hard at EVERYTHING because if one thing don't work all you get from them is DEAL IS DONE sorry no turning back. And oh yeah THEY TALK THE TALK just to get the sale. BUT done after that. DONT !!!!!! DO !!!!!!! IT !!!!!!! More

Scott finance manager offered typical bait and switch! Earlier this week financing was at 4.2% and 60 months… Get to the dealership, low and behold 4.29% and 75 months!!!! Terrible terrible and Scott had the nerve to insult me before hanging up the phone! And not to my surprise, looking at other reviews… It all makes sense why this is a 1 star dealership!!! NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!! More

Purchased a work van from these guys. Long story short the van has not driven properly since the day I bought it. Paid cash for the truck knowing it had the check engine light on. Was told this is a simple repair and in writing they will fix it. Here we are a month later and they still have the truck. They haven't repaired the truck they haven't returned my calls they haven't given me a refund they just gave me a rental that I can't even use for my work. Very incompetent and uncaring set of people. All smiles during the sell, but the service department is beyond a nightmare and is the rudest bunch of people I’ve ever encountered. No one at this dealership returns phone calls nor answers the phones 80% of the time. I called 10 times to get that average so you can do the math. This is the worse dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been buying vehicles for over 30 years. Nissan should pull their franchise from this group. Truly a buyer beware location for sure. Will never buy another Nissan thanks to this dealership. I can’t say enough negative things. More
