I appreciated that I was able to get an oil change without having an appointment. A little surprised that I was not asked my name or anything else other then if I had an appointment when I went into t without having an appointment. A little surprised that I was not asked my name or anything else other then if I had an appointment when I went into the service department office!. I did not like being called Mama as I left for the waiting room. After a while in the waiting room Theresa did come tell me that my battery was weak and could be changed out if I wanted, I could not afford that at this time. She did tell me it would be ready shortly calling me "Mama" again as she left the waiting room, with the printed paper in her hand that had my name on it!!! Even when she brought the invoice to me, she again calls me Mama, how professional is that?? I had no issue with the work done, although I do feel that it took a little longer then it could have, and I suppose Theresa did her job, but I was not impressed with her lack of proffesionalisume and thinking it was okay for her to be calling a total stranger "Mama".... More
